How do you ship packages?

We provide worldwide free shipping in most of our orders. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS. Packages from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by countries. In most cases, it takes 10-15 business days.

Accepted payment methods

SHH users can purchase products and gift cards from SHH using their debit or credit card*, or by using Paypal Account Balance.

Visa, Master, Amex debit or credit cards are accepted at this time.


What about customs?

You can request premium design or make custom change on our predesigned t-shirts for FREE. Just send us your ideas, we will make a unique design for you.

My tracking says "not information at the moment". What does that mean?

After the shipping is made, it takes 5-10 days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.



- We are NOT responsible for any USPS/Canada Post delays. These are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery dates as there are many factors that could affect postal delivery that we do not have any control over.


- We are NOT responsible for stolen packages. Please make sure that you have a secured mail box or package drop off.


- Please contact us if your parcel is still not marked as 'Delivered' after 21 business days for USA/Canadian orders and 45 business days for International orders.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email that contains your tracking information. You'll also be notified via email each time the status of your shipping is updated. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

Can I request a refund if I got my order but an item is missing / defective / not what I ordered?

Once you receive your order, we recommend you thoroughly check your delivered item(s) immediately. If you believe an item is missing / defective / not what you ordered, you must contact our customer care department within a max of seven (7) days of received and let us know. So we can help you.
